Shipping policy

At MIQ India, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your products.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Metro cities may receive orders sooner, while remote areas may take slightly longer.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • A nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply for orders below the minimum amount.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may attract an additional fee.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details.

  • You can track your shipment directly through our website or the courier partner’s portal.


6. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery timelines may be impacted due to unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, strikes, or courier delays.

  • MIQ India will not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.


7. Damaged / Missing Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please raise a request with us within 48 hours of delivery at support@miqindia.com with your order ID and pictures.

  • We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue at the earliest.
